So let's try and visualize🖼️ this, so you go to the Kings house(God)🤴🏾 to lay (Pray) your complains and problems and these complains are physical like a back pack 🎒(there will be different sizes of course due to the different kind of problems) which you hang on your back, so you go to the Kings house and ideally when you are coming to lay your complains you are coming with your back pack to drop it at the foot of the King 👑 and explain everything that's in the bag🎒 to the King🤴🏾 and when you are done what do you do? Walk out 🚶🏾‍♀️and leave the bag yea? You came to drop your complains and problems...But what many of us do is still pick the bag🎒 and hang it back on our backs and leave when we are meant to leave it for the one who we have come to meet to help us handle it...how does he handle it when we are still carrying it? when we didn't actually leave it with him?? And how do you want to feel better about the situation when the weight is still literally on your shoulders and you haven't dropped it? And that is why using this visualization when you drop the bag from your back is when you feel light and burden free after you have sincerely prayed, cause you have left everything and removed the heavy burden on your back on God's feet and you just feel so much better. 

Prayer is to LET GO and let GOD take over.
