Truthfully, this goes beyond just being told to pray before touching your phones. It's really all about self discipline and setting your priorities right.
Where are you laying your treasures?
If your treasure and your heart is with God if God is your priority then of cus you will put him first, and if you are really trying to make him first in your life you'd actually actively put him first in all you do.
So like I said it's more than being told to do it, it's all based on your personal priorities.
Now the big question is, what is your priority??
Is it God or it isn't God related?
And if it isn't God related, ask yourself what's taking the place of God in your life? And when you answer that ask yourself again if you think that thing can save you or secure you a safe place somewhere that I don't know after you die or after the rapture, whichever one comes first 😂 |

Yes, yes...we all feel incomplete and unaccomplished at some points in our lives. I'm sure so many reading this now might also be feeling that same way.
Sometimes we compare ourselves to peer groups, family and even the domestic animals around you, sometimes the hurt we feel inside of us also depresses us to make us think we aren't enough or haven't gotten anywhere, but here we are again with Jesus reminding us that we are a work in progress.
He is still working on us to bring us to perfection.
It is not the end of the road but just the begining of our Journey.

God speaks to us through his word, He can't always come down to scream your name and speak to you like I would if I just appear inside your house to take milk from your fridge😂😭.
(Well, there are special people who God talks one on one with but since you don't fall under that category) Open your Bible and read.
Also, if you don't practice being close to God, if you don't practice a close relationship with God, how do you really expect to hear from him? How do you expect to recognize his voice? How do you expect to discern the signs He is sending your way?
Reading your Bible is a good way to hear from God and relate with him, but also remember to ask yourself 'how is your prayer life?' Your spiritual growth? Your lifestyle? How do they reflect God's existence in your existence??
