It's a very necessary step in discovering, knowing and understanding the word of God.
Yes your pastor is "anointed by God" he speaks and you listen, but how much of fact checking have you done to verify these "truths" in which he speaks!!!.
We are humans and we make mistakes, they are not above mistakes, misunderstandings and misinterpretations.
"The Holy spirit does not make mistakes" very true but how sure are you that your pastor actually has the holy spirit?
Did God call him or did he call God?😂

Everything you do FOR THE LORD is called worship.
I REPEAT EVERYTHING YOU DO FOR THE LORD IS WORSHIP!!!
Emphasis on For the Lord!!!
So because you go to church 9 days in a week out of the 7 and all I do is stand by my street and share tracts, or cause you sing in the choir, you are an usher, you are in the drama unit and all I do is come to church one Saturday and clean the premises does not make you a bigger person, neither does it make me.
But anything we do with heartfelt sincerity and reverence in the name of serving God is worship unto Him.
Let God be the judge of how we worship him and not Man.

John 4:23-24 AMP
[23] But a time is coming and is already here when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit [from the heart, the inner self] and in truth; for the Father seeks such people to be His worshipers. [24] God is spirit [the Source of life, yet invisible to mankind], and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

This summarises that our worship should be in spirit and truth.

Yes, so many classes of godliness are actually very hard to do and emulate, but we cannot do one and leave the other, when we do that we have deficiencies resulting from the lack of the class of godliness we didn't have.
It is very important for us to have a balanced diet, so we can be strong, healthy and active Christians.
With the help and grace of God, which is the number one thing we require to be able to do all things through Him who strengthens us, we can and will be able to work in the balanced diet of godliness needed to be the desired Christians we ought to be.

Sometimes I go "Guy you won't understand" 😭, then I laugh😂, cause what is it that God can not understand about my life that He is in control of??😂

In summary, do and behave exactly how you want God to show you off on the day of Judgement in terms of showing him off in your day to day life on earth.

I mean it's all fine and good, heros are not always appreciated in their city, and because we are heroes we won't stop trying to save you, wether you like it or not

Really, that's why we are all here.
The church is like a hospital, the sick go there to check in with the doctors, carry out some tests, know whatever is bugging them and get some medications that will help with their cure, meanwhile the healthy ones keeping checking in on their health status to know if they are still healthy, developing new symptoms or know where they need to work on more.
All the while, the healthy ones do not judge or make fun of the sick people in the hospital instead they have compassion on them

Same with the church, the sick which are the sinners in this case, come in to the church, they listen to how a healthy Christian life is supposed to be, they figure out they are not living a healthy life and they are sick (sinners), ask for Jesus into their lives to cleanse them of all iniquities, study Gods word (the medications) and learn how they can be better people and constantly live on that word day in and day out so they can live healthy Christian lives. Meanwhile the healthy Christians show up to constantly check in on their Christian health to see if they are still in check in healthy Christian living or if they are slipping and if they are, they get back right with God.

Likewise in the church the strong ones shouldn't and are not expected to make fun of or judge the sinners but instead share God's love, Godly advice and give their support to the struggling Christians so they can be able to grow well in Christ.

No matter your circumstance you can actually take a nap.

Going with spirituality, if you are in God's presence, there would be peace and once you have peace in Christ even in the midst of the raging storms that life might throw at you, you will be calm and trust in the Lord.
