John 11:35 AMP
[35] Jesus wept.
There is nothing that we are going through on the face of this earth that God doesn't understand. He who knows all and can give peace beyond all human understanding, will give you the sure peace and comfort you need to overcome this phase of grief. |
 |
God Knows. As hard as it is to accept, He knows when it happened and why He allowed it to happen. Just as He allowed His own Son to be nailed and crucified for a greater purpose beyond human understanding, so also does He know and understand why everything happens the way it does.
John 3:16 AMP
[16] “For God so [greatly] loved and dearly prized the world, that He [even] gave His [One and] only begotten Son, so that whoever believes and trusts in Him [as Savior] shall not perish, but have eternal life.

"Grief is a passage, not a place to stay" Once we understand this, with the help of God, we will be able to overcome it. |

Philippians 4:7 AMP
[7] And the peace of God [that peace which reassures the heart, that peace] which transcends all understanding, [that peace which] stands guard over your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus [is yours].
Only Jesus can give the kind of peace that comforts in moments of grief. Why not call upon Him for the peace He desires you to have — the very peace you truly need?"

Psalms 73:26 AMP
[26] My flesh and my heart may fail, But God is the rock and strength of my heart and my portion forever.

1 Corinthians 15:55 AMP
[55] O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?”

1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 AMP
[13] Now we do not want you to be uninformed, believers, about those who are asleep [in death], so that you will not grieve [for them] as the others do who have no hope [beyond this present life].
[14] For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again [as in fact He did], even so God [in this same way—by raising them from the dead] will bring with Him those [believers] who have fallen asleep in Jesus.
[15] For we say this to you by the Lord’s [own] word, that we who are still alive and remain until the coming of the Lord, will in no way precede [into His presence] those [believers] who have fallen asleep [in death].
[16] For the Lord Himself will come down from heaven with a shout of command, with the voice of the archangel and with the [blast of the] trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.
[17] Then we who are alive and remain [on the earth] will simultaneously be caught up (raptured) together with them [the resurrected ones] in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord!
[18] Therefore comfort and encourage one another with these words [concerning our reunion with believers who have died].

Romans 8:28 AMP
[28] And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose.
